REFUND POLICY

Bookings can be amended/rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. There is no refund/free reschedule for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking commences. 

LOADING FEE

If you require additional equipment from an external company and you will not be present for delivery/loading, you will be charged an additional loading fee. Please make us aware of any delivery/pick-up arrangements.

Do you have Parking?

Yes, we have free on-street parking outside of the building and down the side of Ardwick Green.

Do you have lift access?

Unfortunately, we do not have access to a lift. We are on the second floor. 

Do you have green screen facilities?

Yes, we have a 300x158cm green screen sheet, if you would like to use this please let us know prior to your booking.

Do you have blackout facilities?

Yes, we have several sheets of black fabric that can be used to black out the room. If you would like to use this please let us know prior to your booking.
